Slitting and Rewinding
Pac Paper has 7 machines that convert rolls including retail freezer rolls, counter rolls, embossed rolls and slit and rewound jumbo rolls.
These machines will convert grades from Bs 10 tissue to .050 chipboard. This modern equipment allows us to slit to very tight tolerances.

Sheeting
Our 10 sheeters, including 4 precision sheeters, allow us to sheet printing grades to a tolerance of plus or minus 1/32" without trimming. Our sheeting equipment is equipped with decurling bars and vacuum units to assure flat and dust-free sheets. We sheet all types of paper from the coated printing grades to Kraft and board grades, from BS 10 tissue through .060 chipboard.

Trimming
Four trimmers, equipped with computer micro-cuts, trim to 1/32 for maximum accuracy. All grades of paper and board are cut to your requirements.

Custom Packaging
Five shrink packaging machines provide great flexibility. Pac Paper can custom package and label to your specifications.
Printing
Custom printing up to six colors roll to roll or roll to sheet is available in spot and scatter printing. We can supply one color printing to 72" widths, 3 colors to 60", and four colors to 54" widths.
Punching
Two Lawson Punches have seven punching heads for high speed quality punching.
Hole sizes from 1/8" to ½" diameters
Round Cornering
Pac Paper has a wide variety of round cornering dies on hand and can round corner all grades, including printing grades, meat and bakery SBS board and chipboard.
Die Cutting
Pac Paper can provide a wide range of die cut products from large pallet sheets to small, decorative packaging solutions. |
Grease Resistant
Pac Paper sheets sandwich wrap and basket liners, plain or printed up to four colors.
Polyethylene Coating and Laminating
Pac Paper has bleached and natural poly-coated and laminated paper from Bs 25 through .024 SBS board (approx. Bs 300). We can sheet or rewind any of these products to meet your special needs.
Embossing
Three steel-to-steel roll embossers have the ability to run up to three webs through at a time. All grades of paper and paper board can be embossed to a maximum width of 66" – rolls or sheets.
